1969 Mustang GT This ’69 Mustang GT, like its big brother “GR8PMKN” is a bad to the bone,
throw-down take no names kind of muscle car. It to is a “Restorod” but more on the “Restomod” side
of the fence. Once it sat neglected, but now it terrorizes the open road with all the confidence of an albino stallion racehorse.
The heart of the stallion is a 351W built by us here at Rusty Customs. All of the 351W’s power is shifted by a custom
built C6 transmission, then transmitted to the 9” ford rear through a custom aluminum drive shaft. Now take note of
the rolling stock. Those are Halibrand 5-Spoke 16” wheels with a custom finish. The suspension, like “GR8PMKN”
is Global West upper and lower control arms with Fat Man Fabrication 2" drop spindles. Interior wise we kept it more
on the stock side of things. Just your standard deluxe ’69 black interior. For driving comfort we chose a Vintage Air
Supper Cooler heat and A/C system. Now all of this wouldn’t be complete without the mellow rumble from the Mark Wallis
custom built and bent 2 ½” X-Piped & Flowmastered exhaust system. Watch for this one and move over if you
see it coming as your about to be pasted by one bad stang.
